We had the honor to visit the scientific-professional symposium with international participation "Beer, brewing raw materials and equipment" which was held from October 25 to 27 in Zrenjanin. It was interesting to listen to lectures on new achievements and current topics in the field of brewing, as well as consider the possibilities of using roses as a raw material in beer production. We thank the organizer for the invitation and look forward to future cooperation.
