We had the honor to participate in the fifth international Scientific and Professional Symposium "Beer, raw brewing materials and equipment" held in Zrenjanin on 25-28. October 2022. At this gathering, we learned about the pollination program of a large number of plant species, as well as the possibilities of using roses as a raw material in the production of beer. We thank the organizer for the invitation and look forward to future cooperation.
