Education Fair

At the Education Fair "Directions", held on March 9th and 10th, we participated in the promotion of science through women's entrepreneurship. We promoted project "Biochemical Directed Selection of Garden Roses in order to increase the quality and market competitiveness of Vojvodina producers", co-ordinated by Prof. dr Mirjana Ljubojevic of the Department of Fruit Growing, Viticulture, Horticulture and Landscape Architecture, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Novi Sad, trough workshops.

Project is important for the development of scientific research activities in the province of Vojvodina (project cycle 2021-2024) and it is funded by the Provincial Secretariat for Higher Education and Scientific Research of Vojvodina Province.

The workshops presented the diversification of Pheno Geno Rose genotypes in terms of added value to individual genotypes and what determines their potential for application not only in the form of decorative greenery, but also in the culinary, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries and aromatherapy.
